To Infinity and Beyond-My Review of Toy Story 3

It is fitting that my first movie that I have seen in theaters this year is the one that I wanted to see the most. For those of you who don't know. Toy Story is defintely in my top 10 movies of all time. It's one of those movies that gets deeper and deeper everytime you watch it. When it first came out in 1995, I was 5 years old and almost in kindergarten. I just thought it was one of those movies but I knew even then that it was so good. It is a buddy movie but it is much deeper than that.

In 1999, the sequel came and it gave us the grandfather to the "Up" montage that is amazing yet so bittersweet and true. The whole movie also tells you how the third movie is going to go.

So now 11 years later, we get the end (?) of the trilogy as Andy is moving onto college and has to make the ultimate choice about what to do with his toys. I am not going to spoil this movie but it is a fitting end to this amazing trilogy that has a very poignant message about growing up. Now, it is more timely because I am a junior in college and had to go through a similiar process like Andy. It is an enjoyable, thoughful, and great movie. Go, if you haven't already. It is awesome!
